About
How SYD Financial Helped Them.
My phone call to SYD was a very difficult one for me to do, and took me quite a few attempts at calling. Initially I was embarrassed, scared and was very leery of a Company I did not know very much about. I was thinking to myself, I sure hope whoever gets my call has the time and patience to handle my situation, and me for that matter, and Adam Watkins did. Adam was very genuine and appeared to really care, and was very professional and knowable. At this point I'm still leery, I kind of figured he is being nice cause he wants my money. I couldn't have been farther from the truth. I lost count on how many times I called, with a list of questions and concerns, but like the first phone call, Adam was there and didn't seem to mind, and with each call, I did become more comfortable, and confident they could help me.
I got in my situation not because of ignorance, or for being careless, but due to medical reasons, then losing my job, and out of the blue, became a single mother with a small child. I tried on several occasions to see if the bank would work with me, and they basically didn't want to hear about it.
Once things started going forward with SYD, I then started communicating with Eric Weiss and just like the first time, got a another gem with Eric. No matter how many times I call, email or need and-or want answers, he is there and oversees that things get taken care of, and that has really put my mind at ease. Another thing that sold me on is that he seems to understand the common person. With that I mean, someone who doesn't not have a lot of money, but is a honest, hardworking individual that just wants to stay afloat, and they have done that for me. Even after 5 months, he is still helping me, and answering my questions, and seems to enjoy my little fun emails I send him from time to time, and I enjoy Eric's sense of humor.
The icing on the cake for me is it appears that I am not just number "1234", but a person who wants to make good. I also enjoy the fact they ask about my son Sam when we talk, and ask what he enjoys, and for them to remember my son, means the world to me.
I would recommend SYD to family and friends if they need the kind of help I did, because I know they would be taken care by people who truly care about the person who asked for their help.
With much gratitude,

I spoke with Eric from SYD Financial 7 months ago. I explained to him how I was in the process of doing a reverse mortgage and that I would call him back when everything was done. He politely asked me if he could check in periodically just to see how I was doing. Eric did just as he said! We actually talked many times and about various topics. From my credit card debt to the Grandfather clock sitting in my living room. Eric and I became friends! About a month ago my reverse mortgage went through and I called Eric. He was very happy to hear that my mortgage went through. Unfortunately I still had no way to pay off the mountain of credit card debt I had. Eric came by the house the next day. I would have loved to visit his office but I don’t really like to drive anymore and I am also caring for a relative who is very ill and lives with me. Eric sat down with me for over three hours and we went over my situation. I totally understood the program and how it works and was excited to get stated. Unfortunately, based on my situation Eric did not feel that the program was right for me. We discussed all of my options and decided that I would have to take another route. I do want to thank Eric for all of his hard work and efforts and appreciate him being honest and upfront with me. I have heard some bad things about these programs before but in my dealings with Eric and SYD I can only say good things. Thank you very much guys and I appreciate all of your time and effort. Good luck to you in your future business endeavors.
